Authentication at Técnico Lisboa

You need to have a valid mobile number in Fénix system.

A SMS will be sent to this number, and it will contain a code that you will have to introduce in order to proceed with the password change.

To recover your password in person you can head to the reception of User Suport of Computer and Network Services, in the Alameda or Taguspark campi, where a new password will be provided.

For security reasons, given the type of services provided via the password, it will only be provided directly to the owner of the Técnico ID, upon confirmation of the identification associated with Técnico.
